Bourne is a charitable housing association that manages almost 1,800 homes in South London, Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire and Dorset. Formed in 1965, the association provides high quality personal service for both rented and shared ownership residents. In 2007 Moat welcomed Bourne Housing Society as a new subsidiary.

Colin joins from the Croydon Business Improvement District where he was town centre operations manager. Colin’s career has mostly been within housing management and he is excited to help residents to understand how services are delivered. Colin says: "Moat have always been recognised as a leading provider of affordable housing and an excellent employer. I am looking forward to getting to know residents and helping to develop communities."

Tina Russell joins from the Richmond Housing Partnership (RHP) where she was a housing officer. Having worked at RHP when they almost merged with Moat, Tina knew of Moat’s reputation as a good organisation to work for and she was also pleased with the convenient location of the Wallington office. Tina says: "I am looking forward to working with the Wallington team to provide a good level of service to all of our residents."
