Croydon iBuilding scheme launched

Countryside Properties has launched a new development of 58 apartments for sale and 92 new affordable homes on London Road, Croydon.
The iBuilding is designed by architect BPTW Partnership, which believes the apartments will achieve an EcoHomes rating of “excellent”: low energy lighting, gas-fired condensing boilers, CFC- and HFC-free insulation and dual flush toilets all feature.
BPTW associate Andrea Hilton told City3: "We're thrilled to be part of a great opportunity to provide good quality, affordable homes in Croydon, bringing communities together".
The iBuilding will be sold under the developer’s shared equity scheme, requiring only 75% of the price to be paid up front with the remainder due on re-sale or after 10 years. The development is located less than half a mile from West Croydon station and should be completed before the turn of the year.
