The seven-bedroom property is surrounded by more than an acre of land and backs on to Addington golf course, which might explain why Corbett lived there for so long. The comedian still lives nearby and can often be seen playing at the course.
The vendor, Roy Griffiths, has lived there for five years: 'It's a fabulous house. I wanted to rename the place Ronnie's, but when he found out he didn't want me to.' (Alan de Maid, 020 8289 3333)
