Guildhouse-Rosepride LLP is working towards submission of a planning application for 1 Lansdowne Road.
September 2008 saw initial plans for the 55-storey mixed-use development go on public display, and the team have continued to develop the concept.
Designed by Piers Gough of CZWG, the scheme includes a four-star hotel, 330 private and serviced apartments, 16,500sq m grade A office space, a new leisure centre and a public restaurant and bar, with a cantilevered viewing gallery over Wellesley Road.
The scheme is expected to go for planning in the next few months.
