Dakota House popular with first time buyers

Published: 2010-06-04 09:31:05

Family Mosaic's Dakota House development has enjoyed buoyant early sales success, with 23 apartments being reserved in the first two weeks of availability.

Chris Roads, sales and marketing director at Family Mosaic, comments: "Since we launched Dakota House interest has been incredibly high and this has continued with over 60% of the development reserved in the first two weeks."

“Such demand shows that purchasers are out there and new, high quality homes are in demand. The affordability of the apartments, starting from just £31,875 has really attracted a wide range of first time buyers helping to create a real sense of community.”

The converted office building near West Croydon station was redesigned by leading architect Carey Jones.
