A room with a view of Croydon

Published: 2010-07-05 11:44:36

Local business people were treated to a unique view of Croydon last month when Impact House opened its 15th floor for breakfast.

The event was staged as part of the London Festival of Architecture and was attended by over 60 guests, including Croydon Central MP Gavin Barwell and Cllr Steve O'Connell.

Ansar Ibraimo, proprietor of Tricos Imobilaria, the family-owned Lisbon company which provided the investment to turn Croydon’s former Royal Mail building into one of its most prestigious new office locations said: "We were delighted that Impact House could support Croydon’s participation in the London Festival of Architecture.

"When we were first looking at Croydon, our studies revealed that a market such as Croydon needed innovation, creativity and something new, so we brought our UK and Portuguese objectives together and we achieved without a doubt the best building in Croydon."
