Planning boost for Berkeley Homes

Berkeley Homes’ Wellesley Square development has secured planning permission.
The mixed-use scheme, which will remodel of one of the borough’s major gateways, includes the creation of a new public square, in addition to an iconic 44-storey tower.
Included in the development is 3,026sq m for shops, restaurants and cafes, and 739 new homes. There is a keen focus on sustainability within the project, which aims to reduce carbon emissions by 30% by utilising renewable energy sources.
