Resolution mulls Park Place rescue

Robert Laurence's Resolution is in preliminery talks to provide Croydon's beleaguered Park Place development with a cash injection. (Story sourced from Estates Gazette)
Resolution, which raised more than €800m (£683m) of equity for a €4bn vulture fund last year, recently began talks with site owner Minerva and other partires involved in the project to find a way to bring forward plans for the 1m sq ft shopping centre development.
Those plans are understood to focus on Resolution providing equity for the scheme and bringing in other partners to help kickstart the development.
